Urgently needed - Copy for Sales Email

I am looking for a short sales email and outline of a verbal telephone pitch.

This is for 2 national craft magazines there is the opportunity to cross sell here too. The customer’s are mostly SME’s often owner managed with a high proportion being retail trade.

The objective is to gain “series bookings” starting in Septembers issue (published on shelves end August) which range from 3, 6, 9, 12 month bookings.

The offer could be a 50% off rate card or a buy one get something free or if you have proven ideas I would love to hear them.

I need to pitching this first thing Monday, available all weekend to discuss.
