Urgent website developed

Hi to all developers out there
Please see the attached pdf of the website that need to be developed by the 1st of June. I know its not much time but i'm sure there is someone out there who can develop this site.
in general here is what the site consists of

1: A small 6 product e-commerce shopping area
2: A members login area ( sign up members)
3: When members login they are given a specific code of their own . that code number can be used by anyone who is given that code by the member to get a discount in the e-commerce area of product..
that code will also track the sale back to the member as to keep a record of the members sales
4: if possible get members to promote their page to Face book and Twitter
5: site needs to be built with a back end administration area so we can change out photos and copy later as needed
