Urgent Web Programming Required

Completion for this would ideally be on Thursday but just say if this is impossible and what your timescale would be.

In a nutshell the current website is hosted on Servage and will be rehosted back on this. Currently its a 9 page website. It will be a revamp of what is already in place design wise and programming wise. I'll provide the clients current website details upon query. It will be the same except some design changes and some additional programming features which I don't think is too much. Here's a list of what I can give you that I think is important for you to know...

1) 4 of the 11 pages are just text, header and footer. Nothing special
2) The rest of the pages are text, images, and some additional programming features I'll add in the following pointers
3) On each page is a form that is filled in (the same form on each page. The filled in information is sent on to the client and an automated email (needing some html work doing on it - in a newsletter style with images) is then sent on to the person that fills in the form to say "thankyou for the contact, someone will be in contact soon" etc etc. The formwork for this has already been completed in terms of coding.
4) a "call me now feature" where the viewer clicks, a box open and the viewer types their phone number into it... this information is then sent onto the client.
5) links to youtube, facebook and twitter
6) A testamonial box that rotates (slides) 4 different pieces of text
7) A feeder type horizontal text box at the top of each page (the same on each page). This just rotates the same piece of text over and over (it does not feed though) . It feeds from right to left.
8) A button, where you click, downloads a pdf to the viewer. This also needs to be hosted on the host site (Servage)
9) The FAQ section has expandable drop down questions. ie you click the question and the answer drops down. When you click another question that then closes back up and the new question drops down.

The design will be supplied in a psd format.
