Upload and crop image to then submit to WordPress E-commerce store as an order

Need an immediate start on this and to be completed as soon as possible.

WordPress website using WP E-commerce plugin for which we want customers to have the option to upload their own image and then crop this and submit/attach to their order. At present there is just an upload image option being used.

A similar site has used uvumicrop.

Please send in your timescale, price for this and tell me how we can be confident that you can do this - proposals sent in without this will not be considered.
