however, I need to retain the design of my site based on wrodpress.

I need the following to be done in this job:

1-customize my website to by business needs. (i run a small business selling to other companies and businesses NOT to individuals)
2-add 10 pages (including Contact us form with Google map)
3-redesign the theme
4-add Images & Content
5-add newsletter subscription
6-install SEO plug-in
7-install security plugin
8-the job must be devided into two phases:
A-the website design, customization, stock photos, content, plugin addition ect. this one can be done within 48-72hrs.
B-SEO-related tasks can take as long as 30 days for fine tuning.

9-teach me how to install and remove plugins
10-teach me how to update the content of my site.
