Updates to my Website

Hello! I'm looking for someone who can access my website (www.minimoki.com) and make a few small changes. Namely, removing the blocker that stops people from editing the 'labour checklist' until they've signed in (http://www.minimoki.com/index-checklist.html), adding a little box to the homepage that I can update with topical messaging, and a few other bits. I don't think it'll take longer than 1 or 2 hours. Please let me know if you need any further information to put together a proposal.
