Update a CSV extract to include further information

I have an extract for my website which exports products. However i would like to have some more information extracted.
I need to have both the tracklisting of the record and the categories added to the export.
I have already had someone develop the extract but was unable to sucessfully extract this information how i wanted it due to the way that database tables store the information.
My guess is that it can be done but will require someone with excellent knowledge of MySQL queries.
It has to output like how it looks on the front end of the website
It has to output all the categories it is listed in also.
