Description

Estimated project duration: 6 weeks
We are a small business offering consultancy and Cloud based system solutions to the fashion industry. We are getting busier and want to make sure that our (potential) customers are getting the attention they deserve.
Currently we are looking for a dynamic, upbeat service and sales minded person to provide regular pro-active customer service and follow up of potential leads with the idea to:
1. Make our customers feel cared for.
2. Make sure that potential business is not lost just because we are busy servicing someone else at the time.
Please only bid if you are a sales oriented person who cares. Ideally you will have experience working in a Business to Business relationship and if you have an understanding of either system sales or the fashion industry, all the better.
You have to be able to switch easily (which we would expect you can if you are servicing several customers via PPH) as we have a few concepts / services that are all aimed at a similar audience, but with different benefits. See conceptable.com for details.
We would expect a quick start, especially as one of our regular providers is away for a while on a project that requires her attention full time temporarily.
We are thinking that an efficient 1.5 hours per day should be sufficient for now.
If you generate new orders from existing or new customers through your own initiatives we would pay a 5% commission of the net value of that order on top of your hourly rate.
We are London based. If you are London based as well then of course a meeting in person would benefit both of us.
