I need a personal statement for the fast approaching UCAS deadline; i completed 1st year at ***** last year doing politics with Int relations and am currently on a leave of absence and want to change uni. Im looking to apply to history/Int relations/American studies and need a good but not too specific statement to cover all bases.

As i'm going into 2nd year the statement isn't as important but still necessary. I have my old personal statement that got me 5 offers but i know they're strict on re using them and i haven't dealt with this stuff since i was 17!

Also wondering whether the statement needs to reference my year at ***** and what the best way to approach this is.
