Twitter account management, regular tweets and increased followers

Hi there,

I'm looking for someone on a monthly basis to manage our Twitter account @Exceeding1 to drive traffic to our website www.exceeding.uk.com.

I want several tweets a day, increased followers to raise our online profile. I'd require weekly reports outlining Tweets, follower interaction, increase in followers numbers, all with per agreed targets. As I don't really understand Twitter much please feel free to suggest anything I've missed.
