Tweaks to wordpress/woocommerce website

Description of requirements/features: I am currently customising a wordpress theme for a client.

I have a few problems problems:

1) I want the background to stretch without distorting to the correct height rather than repeat/tile as it is doing now. It should handle okay if the page is resized

i.e. it should work the way it does on this site: http://www.crystalvis.co.uk/

2) on my shop page,

I want my special 'shop sidebar' that I have created to show on the right hand side.

Currently it will only display the default sidebar on the right hand side even though the theme allows you to specify individual sidebars on a page by page basis.

No other pages have this issue as far as I can see - even the woocommerce pages correctly pull in the shop sidebar when I specify it.

3) On the shop page, for some reason, it is showing the breadcrumb at the top which I have specified not to. And it is also showing the heading of one of the products 'a product on offer' for no reason that I can see.
