Tweaks to a wordpress site.

I need some tweaks done to my word press site.

1.) Remove checkout button and replace with a clock.
2.) I have 2 parts to my online store, one part offers the 'add to cart' option and the second part just says 'email for a quote'. I want all the site to be the same as the second part.
3.)Some of my product images pop out in a new window, others dont - i would like all to pop out.
