Salary: Commission basis
Job purpose:
To encourage uptake of LandlordReferencing.co.uk services amongst letting agents across your region.
To raise awareness of our brand.
To develop leads by attending regional events and seminars.
Key accountabilities:
Building relationships with key contacts within letting companies, motivating them to use our Lifestyle and Credit Referencing services and buy our Insurance Products.
Identifying and converting opportunities for driving sales growth and cross selling.
Meeting activity levels and lead generation requirements.
Capturing and analysing relevant information to inform sales planning.
Taking accountability for resolving customer service issues in order to maintain the overall quality of the relationship with our.
Ensuring new leads and communication with existing contacts are recorded electronically.
Measures:
Letting Agents signing up as members
Letting agents ordering Experian credit reports
Letting agents using our Landlord Insurance
Revenue generated from additional services such advertising sales and future product launches.
Letting agent feedback
Quality of information recorded
Dimensions impacted by job (including number of people managed, turnover and budgets expressed in £ pa): n/a
Skills and experience:
Face-to-face sales experience
Relationship management and interpersonal skills
Experience of delivering presentations
Full Driving Licence and appropriate vehicle
Knowledge of the property market (desirable)
Basic IT literacy
