We have 32 sales counter agents, who has get trained.
Training needs:
when you walk-in to a product counter at malls there are guys/girls who impress you at first go
and pursue you with ease to buy their product. You as a customer leave the counter satisfied and
with a positive feedback.
1. Work with business head & sales leaders to identify gaps and improvement areas (of sales
agent)
2. Build capability model
3. Rollout sales training program
4. Measure success of training program i.e. % improvement in sales post training
5. Review & refine training tools & processes
Look for a trainer who is fluent in Hindi, grown from ranks, good understanding of retail sales,
typical saloo, hands on (no swag, chart/ppt presenter) type.
