Description
Experience Level: Expert
This should be only a paperwork/computer exercise as the design has already been done. Success is very likely because at least two other properties on the estate have already been converted to the same design.
The task is to prepare the necessary paperwork (and or electronic documents) to submit a planning application to convert the 3 bedroom house at 20 Millard Close, Basingstoke, RG21 5TT to two maisonette/flats to meet the requirements of the Basingstoke & Deane Council Planning Department.
The attached zip file contains four documents which show the design to be used.
The reason I am not doing the work myself is because I am busy on other things.
I will pay fees for the application to be made. I can arrange for whoever takes on the job to visit the property if this is desired. I suspect this may not be necessary.
I would like to receive bids for the work on the basis that a fee is paid once planning permission has been granted. My commitment to the successful bidder is that he/she will have an exclusive right to develop and submit directly (or via me) planning applications for a period to be defined by them. The reason for asking for a time limit is that if for any reason the bidder is unable to complete the task within this period I will be free to look for other solutions.
The success fee will be paid soon after (well within 30 days) of the receipt of planning approval. If you are VAT registered then I would like to receive an invoice as we are VAT registered.
