Experience Level: Intermediate
I will be launching a new start up in June. The business will sell both kitchens and garden rooms/conservatories to the retail market nationally. Once sold I will look to pass the job on to a project manager. I will be looking for a number of people throughout the UK to take on the role.
Responsibilities will include
liasoning with the customer and keeping them informed and up to date at all times.
Attending 4 pre determined site visits and possibly more should the need arise.
Measuring the job as a check to make sure there have been no mistakes made at point of sale.
Instructing an Architectural Technologist to organise planning and building regs if/when required. Liasoning with local authorities when required.
Ordering the products from the suppliers.
Organising and overseeing the labour to complete the build.
Keeping me regularly informed by email or phone how the job is progressing. Making sure the customers payments are paid in line with the terms and conditions of the sale.
The job requires a strong willed individual who can work to a deadline while being methodical to minimise mistakes. You must have a good telephone manner, be computer literate and have a strong focus on customer service.
Gratuity will be paid at 3% of the net order value, a further bonus of 2% will be paid as long as you are not responsible for mistakes made on the job that cost the company financially, and we have completed the job to the customers satisfaction. Order values will be between £10K and £35K with the average order value expected to be £20K - £25K
