Hi Roy, belwo are the responses...
1)The dimension sheet shows buildings 1 - 10, is that as existing?
this is existing building that are to be demolished so there will be a plan canvas..however the church site will start from the 7,9 and 10.. the red line shows the demacation and the other pened in line is driveway to the site where the church will be cutting off the rest ffrom 1-6 and 8..
2)What do you want the front view to show? I will like you to use your imagination although it is on a major street and trees in front, i am thinking the trees are to be relocated to the sides and have a eye catching view of this complex.. there is a busstop in front if the building now.. it will be good to have built up solid floral pot to beautify the frontal landscape and the front sides as entrances..
3)Will it be like a department store front? No - something nicer more mordan as there will be a viriety of shops and stores
4)You have an overall length of the site but what are the lengths of each building?
this is just a concept, for generating ideas visually, the whole place will be demolished once the concept becomes a widely acceptable idea...
5)Is the chuch shaped as shown?
no not at all please come up with a mordern design... contemporary as the ground floor sanctuary / Chapel will be a theatre style design.. space usage is essential...
6)When you say ground area at rear is that the area between building 2 and the church?
the rear is from 7,9 and 10 where the heavy burgundy mark starts
7)Could you explain the shapes on the community centre document?
beatle like, those slanty shapes are to be for HVAC, lifts utilities and stirways if possible...concrete and iron beams if possible
There will be solar panels on the roofs and some on the topside of the slanty shape walls or beams with hydraulics to estract and retract them..
the building will have to be very enrgy efficient..
again this is just a starting point for presentation to stakeholders...we are extremely in the early stages...
let me know if this is okay
