I need somebody local to the area to check on a property which reportedly has been abandoned by the tenant.
Looking for somebody to:
- establish if the property has been abandoned and report back
- if so, assess any apparent security risks and report on these
- brief report on visible elements of property condition
- provide photos of internal elements (via ground floor windows) & photos of external elements
