Tutorial - Making Flyer on MS Word And/Or Publisher

I need a simple job doing.

I need a tutorial on how to make flyers on MS word/publisher

Tutorial doesn't need to be extremely well written, I can edit it (although I'd prefer it ready to go), but it needs to be detailed. Not these quick 1 sentence steps that don't really give any information.

What is more important that it is clear. Will someone that has never created a flyer be able to do so following these instructions? Does it include every step? Will they have the foundations of a good design by the end of the tutorial?

Does not have to include a professional design, but will need to explain how to edit sections (not in huge detail, just give some pointers how they can modify the foundations of their design)

This will lead to a part 2, template creation and other resources. If you have or can think of a resource related to flyers, I want them!

UK/US PPH'ers only. If you have experienced with Word/Publisher and can do similar for business cards, brochures, templates etc, then that would be great.
