Good morning

I wonder if you can help me please? I am having a Power of Attorney (1 page) notarised by the Panamanian Consulate in the West end of London. This is in connection with a property purchase I am making and authorises my Panama attorneys to act on my behalf with my bank in respect of my mortgage.

A requirement of the document is that a simultaneous Spanish translation is provided to me at the Consulate Offices and and that the translator signs to confirm that he/she was present and did an ad-hoc translation for me. There is no legal obligation conferred upon the translator other than they were in attendance and provided an ad-hoc translation.

The meeting at the Consulate should take no more than 30 minutes, and I attach a draft of the document for your information.

Is this a service you would be able to provide please, and if so, what would your fees be. I would hope to have the meeting at the Consulate early next week.

I look forward to hearing from you.
