Transfer 3 wordpress.com websites to my wordpress.org dashboard

Hi all,

I currently have one self hosted wordpress install on Hostgator with a networked backend:
http://oilguru.org/

I have another 3 wordpress.com websites, all registered with .com:
http://shawkiandco.com/
http://dagjoinerysiteservices.com/
http://gourdonschoolhouse.com/

I need someone to transfer the 3 wordpress.com websites to my hostgator account and for all 4 of the websites to be managed under my wordpress.org install.

I have a budget of £30 for the job.
