To get a document re-written to be as a "fact/help" sheet

I have written (poorly!) a quick summary of how a member of the public should chose a damp proofng contractor. I need for someone to re-write it so it flows, is grammatically correct and also do a little research (minimal) to check I am correct and also that I am not missing something major !
It is a 1-2 pager and I have attached it for you to see what I mean - This is JUST for the content to be re-written/re-jigged as the design/layout will be handled elsewhere.
