To generate appointments

My company provides high quality brochures for golf clubs funded by advertisers. Need person to generate apointments for me to present and sell advertising space in brochure. Need approx 12 - 16 appts per week over a 4/5 week period to complete each club. Normally start a new club every 6 weeks.This format has provided the existing freelance telesales person with a good income for the last 5years but now need to expand my telesales operation to allow me to take on more clubs. Existing telesales person preferred to be paid per appointment plus a bonus but I am happy to pay hourly plus commission if preferred. A quality product with the ads being sold as part of an attractive package at a very affordable rate giving the right telesales person a great chance of a good conversion rate.
