Terms Of Service (TOS) and Privacy Statement

I need to get a couple of notices drawn up for my website (in development). There will be a pretty substantial TOS required, but the privacy statement will be quite normal (although must not be copied from someone else, we will check).

So as far as the TOS, I can tell you it involves the main product, affiliates, performers, refunds, management and agents. Of course must also include all the stock standard stuff needed for TOS.

You should have a questionnaire that I can fill in that will give you all the details you need to draft this notice.
