Description: Experienced telesales professional required to sell soft skills training workshops to medium and large companies in London. You will need to either close the sale over the phone or set up an appointment for our consultant with the decision maker.
You will be provided with a list of up to 50 companies to call initially. Some will have the name of the decision maker with others you will have to get past the gate keeper. The decision maker will either be the Learning and Development Manager or Human Resources Manager. But you will generally ask for the person that books training courses.
You will make an initial call and then email details of the course, and then a follow up call to either close the sale or set up a face to face appointment.
You will be provided with extensive details of my company and the courses, from which you can develop a script.
You should ideally have some experience of selling training courses and must definitely have B2B telesales experience.
You will take part in an initial 6 hour trial over two days to fine tune your approach. You will provide feedback on each day via a spread sheet with the results of each call. Based on results I am looking for a long term telesales professional to work 10 hours a week.
As calls are within the UK, cost of calls are included in the hourly rate.
Immediate start required.
