Telesales extras to existing customers

We have recently launched gutter cleaning as an extra service and now, the Autumn, is the busiest time for gutter clearing.
We have a database of over 4500 customers and have tested, with a success rate of 1 in 5 conversion for selling the gutter cleaning extra service.

Working from a simple script you will be responsible for calling existing customers and explaining our extra service and selling it.

This job is not simply a cold call numbers game, our database is valuable to us and therefore we require an exceptional individual who can match or even better our conversion rate.
We have tried this advert on other sites and had many replies from non English native speakers. Although a good level of English was the norm, there is no substitution for actually being born speaking English.
Please don't waste your time or ours if you are not a native English speaker.

Although we want someone who can get the most out of each call, we also require someone tenacious and hard working. The conversion is one thing but you will have to make many many calls per day. This is not a post for someone who loves to procrastinate. We need someone who will get on with it and show a good work rate.

We also don't want hoards of people doing this job, therefore part time really is no good. Please only apply if you can work full time or even more!
