Telesales experience executive required for a small property firm based in South Manchester.

Calling homeowners from a list I ve built from my marketing efforts, gathering information and finding out details of the homeowners situation etc. filling in a form to pass onto a negotiator once information has been gathered. You will work to a well structured script for maximum results.

Would require someone good with a good telephone manner, can build rapport easily and is confident.

You'll be paid an hourly rate and get a commission from any sales completed.

Please only apply if your comfortable on the phone talking to people and are able to engage with a client and take an interest in our solution that applies to a homeowners situation.

This requirement will suit a part time to fit around other tasks/duties.

Must be a self-motivated professional with upbeat, outgoing personalities and excellent communication skills. Exceptional customer service and listening skills are essential

I will cover call costs, this role is home based.
