Telephone answering

Not sure if anybody/any company can assist me with this on here but I am looking for a company to answer my business telephone calls and act as customer service agents. There will be no order taking but will involve taking customer/supplier information, email address, telephone number and also helping to resolve their enquiry if possible. You will be the forward face of the company, so being professional is a priority.

I am looking to pay a per minute call/per minute rate. I am a new start up business and do not expect to receive many telephone calls, but as the business grows the telephone calls should scale up.

Could you quote your rate on either per call/per minute basis please or if not possible the monthly minimum rate.

The customer service agents need to speak good Engish and available on office hours 9-5 mon-fri, but if you can offer 24/7 7 days a week that would be a bonus.
