Telemarketing Team Leaders £15+ hour

We’re a marketing services company with a good number of clients throughout the UK.

Our activities include telemarketing and in this respect we offer data cleansing, updating of records, subscription renewals, appointment setting, lead generation, etc.

We’ve tried working with individual telemarketers and although it can work it is also very time consuming supervising individuals and we’re not really geared up for it.

We therefore seek instead to work with a small number of existing telemarketing teams that can be hired as a team, as and when required. The principal requirements are:

Team size must be no less than 4 agents (and can include team leader)

You must have a CRM system into which data can be loaded and accessed by agents. Some of our data is confidential so we would only want the team leader having full access.

We pay a flat base rate of £12 per hour to cover agent time / phone costs and some overhead contribution.

Our point of contact will be the team leader only. You will be responsible for engaging and briefing your staff.

In addition to this we also offer productivity and results bonuses that should raise your earnings to £15 or more per hour without too much difficulty

Each assignment will be subject to a simple Service Level Agreement (SLA) detailing the campaign and specifying minimum acceptable levels along with the bonus structure for that assignment.

We have a number of assignments in the pipeline.

To register your interest please quote £12 per hour and specify £100 deposit. At the same time please message us with full details of what you can offer; the nature and size of your team; whether the members are home based or working from an office along with their age ranges and maturity levels.

As most of our assignments involve calling businesses our preferences are for mature agents, preferably with some commercial experience, capable of having an intelligent discussion with the party being called. We occasionally (but not very often) get asked to run consumer campaigns
