Yii developer

I am looking for Yii developer with existing project. Its a doctor website. It will only be available for doctor,s investigator and admins. Your task for admin portal.
Doctor and investigator add patient
Both of them need to follow up patient.
Admin can add hospitals, users (doctor/investigator).

Dashboard
1) As per the image, you will see north, south west and east. All admin will enter hospitals of india and entery will be selected by region wise. Your task is to show how many hospitals for each zone. If admin click on south then right side columns will show details of number of hospitals, investigarors, enrolles patient and death of patient.
2) If admin click on National then data of all region will show on right side. See the image.
