WP Ultimate Member Page Fix

We need the attached web page to be implemented on our current website (example attached) to replace or fix the missing some features and some features not working: https://www.elpromotions.co.uk/user/danielbruce0/

Please note that only 1 page needs to be customised/fixed/edited without removing or editing any user data within the theme. The customisation should solely be on design so that all our current data stays the same as it is.

The theme we use is Julia Child so already have the template but it needs to be customised as per the example page attached.

If you have no prior knowledge of Ultimate Member Plugin and its features please do not apply and waste mine and your time.
