WP Theme Migration (Twenty Twenty-Four - OceanWP)

We are seeking an experienced WordPress developer to overhaul our existing music festival website. The project involves migrating our theme from the default Twenty Twenty-Four block theme to OceanWP, implementing a design heavily inspired by a specific benchmark site, and transitioning our booking/e-commerce system away from WooCommerce to Ticket Tailor.
This is a fixed-price project. Please provide an all-inclusive quote based on the comprehensive scope below.

Scope of Work
1. Theme Migration & Page Builder Realignment
o Change the active theme from Twenty Twenty-Four (FSE/Block theme) to OceanWP.
o Implement Elementor Page Builder as the primary tool for layout design and ongoing content management.
o Recreate our existing pages and content structure flawlessly within the new OceanWP and Elementor framework.
o Ensure full responsiveness across all mobile, tablet, and desktop breakpoints.
2. Design & Feature Implementation (Inspiration Site)
o We want our new layout, typography, navigation header, footer, and general styling to closely mimic the structure and aesthetic of this live example: https://rtwso.org
o Incorporate Smart Slider 3: Replicate or build a similar high-impact hero slider matching the functionality seen on the inspiration site.
o Slider Responsiveness: Configure separate desktop and mobile image variations within the slider to optimize layouts for different screen sizes and prevent awkward cropping.
o Layout Templates: Layout templates must mirror the clean, multi-tier navigation and sticky header behaviour seen on the inspiration site.
3. E-Commerce & Ticketing Transition
o Deactivate and safely remove WooCommerce. Past customer order history and transaction data must be securely archived/exported first so historical records are not lost.
o Instead of the external box office layout used by the reference site, our layout grids for upcoming events must seamlessly house embedded, styled Ticket Tailor booking widgets.
o Ensure the Ticket Tailor checkout widgets are styled to look fully integrated, matching our brand’s typography and colour scheme.
4. Performance & Quality Assurance
o Ensure clean code, excellent plugin compatibility, and minimal layout shift during the theme transition.
o Retain all existing SEO permalinks, metadata, and core media assets.

Project Deliverables & Workflow
• Staging Environment: All development and migrations must be carried out on a staging server first. Absolutely no live edits.
• Testing: Thorough cross-browser and mobile testing before final deployment.
• Migration: Safe deployment from staging to our live server with minimal downtime.
• Milestones: Payment will be split into milestones (e.g., 50% upon successful sign-off of the staging site, 50% after live deployment and a 48-hour testing period).
Applicant Requirements
• Proven track record with WordPress theme migrations (specifically moving from Block/FSE themes to classic frameworks like OceanWP).
• Expert-level experience with Elementor. Please specify in your proposal if you will provide an Elementor Pro developer license slot for this build, or if we will need to purchase an independent license.
• Clear experience configuring and animating with Smart Slider 3.
• Prior experience embedding and custom-styling Ticket Tailor widgets via CSS.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to clear milestones.
