Description
Experience Level: Entry
Hello,
I migrated a WordPress + WooCommerce site to Cloudways (NGINX, PHP-FPM, Redis).
Situation
-Frontend is fast
-Backend (wp-admin) is slow
-WooCommerce cart is slow
~3,500 products
-Elementor
-Cloudflare (Free)
-LiteSpeed Cache was previously active (from old hosting) and caused CPU spikes; it has been removed.
-Redis is enabled on the server but there are NOAUTH / object cache configuration issues, so Redis is currently disabled for stability.
What I need
-I’m looking for someone with real Cloudways + WooCommerce experience to:
-Identify why wp-admin is slow (DB queries, plugins, cron, admin-ajax)
-Fix WooCommerce cart slowness
-Clean up caching / Redis configuration (no LiteSpeed, no conflicting cache plugins)
-Review WP-Cron (server cron preferred)
-Optimize Elementor if needed
Goal
-Fast wp-admin
-Responsive cart
-No Redis errors
-Stable CPU/RAM usage
Please apply only if you have hands-on experience with Cloudways + WooCommerce.
