Wordpress Wizard Needed

Description of requirements/features: We have pretty much completed our website (if that ever actually exists!) and we have run an SEO checker which tells us we have a few issues with CSS which need resolving to improve the operation of the site and consequential SEO ranking.

We don't know about CSS so am hoping you can help us. The checker is telling us...
1. our code to text ratio is too high, needing to move inlining style rules to an external CSS file
2. our website is not taking advantage of media print CSS rules
3. HTML page size is too high
4. We are not using any html compression
5. Page cache fail. We have installed WP Super Cache (we had W3 Super Cache previously) but neither of these seem to be set up to work correctly
6. The site failed a Flash test. This must be in the coding as it's not something we've installed (in our limited knowledge)
7. Libwww-perl test fail: this needs to be rectified.
8. The site's IP doesn't redirect to the site's name

Obviously, when your work is complete, none of these errors will occur on the check and we'll be much more SEO friendly!
