WORDPRESS WEBSITE UPDATING

I'm looking for some help in updating my wordpress website. I'm looking to change the layout of some pages, add different click through boxes and a videos page. I think the number of pages won't increase too much, but you need to have a good eye for style and flow of a page. This is a coaching/wellness website, so previous experience in field would be great.
