Description of requirements/features: We're looking for someone to upgrade a WP Theme to it's latest version but keep some of our previous changes, make the site load faster (especially homepage) and then for another part of the same domain there's a different theme which is a grid site, some tweaks is required here plus a tweak to a plugin which is being added.
