Wordpress website for a recruitment company incl. job board

I need a modern, light and fast website for a recruitment agency in the UK. The site must have an attractive job board to post current vacancies ( we do NOT need the ability for employers to log in and add their own jobs). Customers should be able to view job details and apply for a job with the ability to upload a CV/Resume a CAPTCHA would also be a good idea for this section.

We require the following pages as the structure:

We would like at least 4 call to action buttons per page too (book a consultation)
