    assuming the URL 'www.websiteinquestion.com' is just an example, can you provide the following information?
    - the actual domain name (this will also confirm if the domain is parked i.e. registered but not in use)
    - the domain owner has access to wordpress.com as it is assumed this is the registrar

    This information will allow to make some 'lookup' checks and in turn send you a proposal with any recommendations, limitations (if any), timeline and cost.
