Wordpress website development

I am looking for someone to produce a directory website using Wordpress, which will allow people to sign up and create a personal profile to become a member. They will then be entered into categories (hair colour etc), based on their details. Visitors to the website should then be able to view members from any of these categories, and perform an advanced search.

Members should be able to edit their profile at any time, and admin should approve before published. Members can also pay to be featured in a slider for the homepage, categories or search results, be the top of the listings, upload more photos or upload a video. Homepage should show featured, just listed & most popular members in 3 tabs. I will want a payment processor integrated, though I have yet to finalize which one I use.

This website will be adult when launched, but in good taste & without full nudity. For now I just need the preliminary website built, without profiles.

If you think it may be beneficial and cheaper to use any plugins (Gravity Forms etc), without compromising quality, please mention. I would also like to launch as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please ask.
