Wordpress Website Amendments

I need a very quick and efficient freelancer to support with making some minor changes or amendments to our websites which includes minor theme customisation through coding. No content writing as websites are already developed. Like I said only few minor amendments to be done hence a freelancer who can customise themes.

Separate from this project - Moving forward - We need someone with very good communication skills and who will be available when required for ongoing work due to the nature of the business we run.
