Hi,
I am looking to build a wordpress website. My example/foundational website is:

Content is identical, just using a different design pack, the flow works for me and I'd like to use this as a foundational basis for the site.
I have the domain, and have a brand pack / logo / guidelines (see attached) as well as some basic wireframes.
The design notes were for a different brand I was thinking about, but they give an idea of the content flow.
I am interested in a hosted package if you are able to provide an ongoing service.
