Wordpress theme customisation, adding Google adsense, linking to domain

I need several things to be changed:

- Sliders to be removed.
- More tabs to be added
- Artwork to be added into tab space rather than words (I want to add custom designs for the words with picture embellisments)
- Header to be changed
- Social media accounts linked
- Size of blog thumbnail pictures changed slightly
- Adsense ads added to right hand side
- Instagram removed from right hand side and replaced with ads
- Subscribe removed from right hand and replaced with ads
- Adsense to be added within blog posts so that each post includes an ad
- Instagram removed from bottom of blog
- Blog linked to domain name and hosting
- Contact form linking
