Wordpress template change and SEO work

Hello, I am looking for someone who can work white label for my agency.

The project is a website migration to a new wordpress theme. The theme is NEWS:

I also need an SEO migration work taken into account - so making sure that we don't drop rankings by ensuring plugins are optimised, etc. for example the things in this post: https://www.solwininfotech.com/blog/wordpress/changing-wordpress-theme-affect-seo/

so the project is theme migration + related SEO work. Ideally one company or person to do this.
