Aphiner Lifestyle represents a long-term calling rooted in faith, wellness, and intentional living.

The digital presentation must reflect cohesion, calm authority, and completeness.

This is not casual work.
The site must feel intentional, refined, and unified before launch.

Project Stage

Existing live WordPress website (Elementor + WooCommerce).
Structure complete.
No redesign.
No rebuild.

This is a refinement execution role — not a creative redesign opportunity.

Full-site presentation-layer harmonization and WooCommerce configuration only.

Expected Completion Time:
10–18 working hours (2–3 focused working days).

Developer must confirm exact start date and completion date in proposal.

I. Global Typography Enforcement (All Pages)

Apply consistent typography standards across the entire website:

• All pages (Home, About, Coaching, Blog, Contact, Legal, etc.)
• Blog templates
• WooCommerce templates
• Elementor sections and widgets
• Testimonials
• Sliders and excerpts
• Sidebar widgets
• Footer content
• Product descriptions

Specifications:

Desktop body font: 17–18px
Line height: 1.6–1.7
Mobile minimum: 16px

Remove any remaining 15px / 1.3 inheritance.
Normalize inline Elementor overrides.

No visual inconsistencies permitted.

II. Full-Site Background Harmonization

Transition entire site to cohesive light neutral foundation.

Specifications:

• Soft ivory / warm neutral base (not stark white)
• No green undertones
• Primary text: deep charcoal (not harsh black)
• Black used selectively only (footer / intentional accent sections)
• Avoid heavy dark dominance in reading areas
• Maintain gold accents consistently and sparingly

Global implementation required.

III. Navigation & Structural Corrections

• Remove “Wallet” from navigation
• Fix or remove Login page displaying shortcode
• Replace all instances of “Guest, Customer” with “Patron”
• Apply consistently across testimonials

IV. Blog Structure & Staging

Prepare blog as clean journal space.

Developer must:

• Move all published blog posts to Draft (do not delete)
• Ensure no blog posts are publicly visible
• Permanently remove post dates and metadata from:
– Blog index page
– Single post template
– Sidebar widgets
• Ensure no date-based archives are exposed
• Preserve layout template

Blog should appear intentionally staged and timeless.

V. WooCommerce Product Configuration
Juice Book (Physical Product)

Owner will provide:
• Front cover
• Back cover
• Pricing
• Description

Developer must:

• Configure as physical product
• Configure shipping & handling
• Apply New York sales tax
• Integrate and test PayPal (sandbox + live confirmation)
• Confirm checkout flow
• Confirm owner notification email
• Confirm customer confirmation email
• Add delivery timeframe messaging

Saffron Placeholder

• Structured educational description (no medical claims)
• Clean presentation layout
• Proper categorization
• Prepared for future activation

VI. Definition of Done

Project complete only when:

• Typography consistent sitewide
• Background cohesive sitewide
• No 404 links
• No visible shortcodes
• No template remnants
• Blog staged cleanly (no public posts, no dates)
• Products fully configured and tested
• Desktop & mobile responsive
• No visual fragmentation
• Checkout verified

VII. Evidence & Acceptance

Developer must provide:

One organized ZIP file containing:

• Full-page desktop screenshots
• Full-page mobile screenshots
• WooCommerce product configuration screenshots
• Tax configuration screenshot
• Shipping configuration screenshot
• PayPal configuration screenshot
• Confirmation of successful test transaction
• Confirmation of global styling enforcement

Only after review and approval of this package will the project be considered complete.

VIII. Payment Structure

• Fixed price only
• No hourly proposals
• No partial submissions
• Single milestone
• Full payment released only after complete ZIP verification package is reviewed and approved

Incomplete submissions will not be accepted.

IX. Proposal Requirements

Proposals must include:

• Confirmation of understanding of refinement-only scope
• Exact start date
• Exact completion date
• Fixed price
• Brief explanation of implementation approach

Generic proposals will not be considered.
