Wordpress Site - Fix / Correct / Update

I need a wordpress expert who can take a look at my website, and fix some issues. Currently i am using woocommerce and a paid memberships pro plugin, to manage members, in addition i set up a directory listing plugin.

I need to make it so that when people become members they can sign in to a single 'members area' and from there, based on their membership level they can view their account details, or create a listing in the directory. I want the login page to be a single unified system, i also want people to be able to log in quickly and efficiently from the main page.

I am happy to change plugins or develop something bespoke, but it must work smoothly, i am open to suggestions, and also want the design to change to emulate the site i'm trying to be like.

I can provide you with an example of the sort of site I'm trying to emulate and some log in details for it.

I only want to work with someone who is an expert the site is live, i don't mind placing the site in Maintanence mode for a few days if this helps, but once complete it must work flawlessly.
