Wordpress Siee Setup x 2 (same template / menu options)

Hello,

I have two brand new installs of Wordpress for two different domains. I have purchased a theme and want it installed and setup to run like the demo https://webredox.net/demo/wp/restabook/light/menu/ but just do not have the time to do it all myself. I require this to be done fairly urgently (I can have someone update the menu content for each site after its installed)

Menu options will be:
HOME - blank Page
MENUS - like the demo above
GALLERY - blank Page
BOOK TABLE - blank Page
BOOK ACCOMMODATION - external link pop up in new window
GIFT VOUCHERS - blank Page
CONTACT US - blank Page
