I need someone to:

Fix heading structure (H1 issues)
Clean up duplicate titles/meta
Repair broken links & 404s
Fix sitemap issues
Optimise basic speed (without breaking site)


We run an established WordPress website (20+ years old) using Elementor and WooCommerce.

I’ve had a recent SEO audit which identified the following technical issues:

• Multiple H1 tags on many pages
• Missing H1 tags on some pages
• Duplicate page titles
• Missing meta descriptions
• 404 errors in sitemap
• Internal links pointing to redirects
• Minor speed optimisation issues

I do NOT want a website rebuild. I need a technical WordPress SEO specialist to:

Fix heading structure properly via templates (not page-by-page)
Ensure each page has one correct H1
Clean up duplicate titles and meta issues (Yoast installed)
Repair 404 errors and redirect chains
Clean XML sitemap
Improve performance where possible (without redesign)

The site must retain:
• Existing URLs
• Existing content
• SEO history and rankings

Please confirm:
• Experience with Elementor
• Experience fixing H1 template issues
• Examples of similar work
• Fixed price quote

    I can see the site has almost 300 URLs to go through.
    As such and from the description, the scope of the project is quite large and time consuming.
    Are you accepting proposals closer to £450?
    £450 seems both fair and reasonable for the amount of work.

    regarding the 404 repairs and redirect chains: do you have a recent export of the SEO audit you mentioned, or would you like me to run a fresh crawl of the 20-year-old directory myself to ensure we don't miss any legacy 'hidden' URLs?
    Also, do you have a staging/test environment available, or would you require me to perform these template fixes directly on a backup of the live site?
