Wordpress Post Design (NOT A WEBSITE)

I'm looking for a Wordpress Guru that can create a post template for me. I am NOT looking for a website. I plan to use WP as a back-end and will post links externally to a static website as needed.

I am a little flexible on the bid, but overall - i don't care how you develop the template post for me as long as I can edit it later in Wordpress :) ANd should out partnership succeed, I have add'l needs, but I want to get the post template up and running first.

WHAT I NEED FROM YOU
• Create a customized post template to the specs I have
• Create a right-side nav panel using an existing widget from WP (we'll keep it simple for what I need)
• You can finish this within a short period of time
• You can dedicate ample time to my project to finish it
• I am NOT planning to use new fangled tech in the current WP (blocks, etc) -- I want this simple and boring
• I will supply plenty of guidance of how to get this done (as I did in past) to speed the process.

DESIGN
• 915px for main text live area; 200px for nav menu
• REALLY simple
• Text Menu
• Social Media Icons
• Square Icon (to point somewhere)
• Main Graphic (points to somewhere)
• text area, left justified - free flowing from edge to edge
