Our agency manages websites for renowned, large brands—clients who expect innovative, perfect solutions delivered quickly and without error. Green Arrow is a small agency, because of this we can only recruit developers that are happy to dig in and work well together, you would be expected to work both frontend and backend WordPress, work with custom Wordpress, and have very strong proven core php skills. Many of our websites have custom work on them, you need to be confident at solving issues across many websites.

Key Responsibilities
· Rapidly develop, update, and maintain Custom WordPress websites for major brands, ensuring fast turnaround and flawless quality.
· Troubleshoot technical issues urgently, delivering reliable, error-free resolutions.
· Collaborate closely with company management, project managers, lead developers and junior developers, to ensure project objectives are met on time.
· Optimize websites for speed and user experience across all devices and browsers.
· Adhere to best practices for site security.
· Document your work and maintain a systematic approach to site updates and feature rollouts.


What We’re Looking For
· Proven WordPress development experience, with and without page builders.
· Proficiency in core PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
· Deep understanding of WordPress architecture, theme and plugin customization.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and a meticulous eye for detail—no bug too small!
· Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities with tight deadlines.
· Excellent communication (English) and teamwork skills.
· Positive, can-do attitude and genuine passion for website development under demanding standards.
