I am looking for an experienced WordPress developer to create a simple, one-page website with a detailed online booking and payment system for a dog exercise site offering four separate private fields for hire.

I would prefer to use an existing WordPress booking plugin rather than build a completely new system.

The main requirements of the booking system are:
Customers can choose which of the four fields they wish to book, with live availability for each.
Customers can select dates and times and book multiple sessions in one purchase.
Online card payments.
Automatic booking confirmations and email reminders.
Option to add and pay for extra dogs, including after booking.
Admin can add, change or cancel bookings manually without requiring online payment.
Admin can set up weekly repeat bookings for regular customers that continue indefinitely until changed or cancelled.
Admin can release individual dates from repeat bookings without affecting the ongoing arrangement.
Easy-to-use admin calendar to manage bookings, prices and availability.
System must prevent double bookings.
Mobile-friendly booking process.

Website requirements:

For now, I only need a simple, one-page WordPress website with the booking system. No additional pages, elaborate design or branding work are required.

A separate project to develop a full website is planned shortly afterwards, ideally with the same developer. The booking system and existing bookings must be retained when the website is expanded.

    You are after an Expert and you have suggested "A more detailed list of requirements will be provided to suitable applicants before agreeing on the final quotation."
    It would probably be better to provide this list of requirements in advance of an Expert sending you a proposal, else, it's an unknown list of requirements which cannot be accounted for in a proposal that would then offer recommendations; timeline and actual cost.

    How long is one session, and can a customer book two different fields in the same purchase?
    Are all four fields the same price, and does the price change for evenings or weekends?
    Is each field limited to one customer at a time, and how many extra dogs are allowed?
    When a customer adds a dog after they have already paid, is that a second card charge, and can they do it themselves or only through you?
    For a regular weekly booking, do you take payment for every week up front, or is each week paid separately?
